Northwest skip and plant hire was started in 2006. The idea for the company was inspired by the fact that during a job at home a good skip service could not be found in the Runcorn area. Starting as a one wagon service we now host a fleet a four wagons and well over a hundred skips, as well as a range of light and heavy machinery. NWS currently employs five staff. Two directors, a driver and two general operatives. All of our staff have undergone the necessary training to recycle waste to the highest level. We hold a full waste carriers license, a full transfer license and are now licensed to proficiently remove all hazardous waste products such as asbestos.

We regularly clear sites for peel holdings of fly tipped asbestos, tyres and other general waste. Tipping at specialist tips. Tyres go for recycling. General waste is sorted and then recycled. We have a contract with Morgan est. servicing three major sites in the north west. From these sites we remove wood, metal, plastic, paper and general waste. All of this waste is taken back to our licensed transfer station in percival lane, Runcorn.

We also service a number of other large business contractors. We are also currently working for Jack Tighe on the Runcorn Widnes Bridge. For them we remove vast amounts of hazardous shot blast. Another company who use our services are Balfour Beatty. As well as contracts we have many valued customers who return time an time again due to the professional service they receive every time.
